Show gratitude
Pray! Pray to whatever God you serve, and make sure to also show gratitude to your ancestors because they look over us daily! Growing up I was never big on Prayer. I didn't understand that I had to be grateful for things I had, things I have, and things I am manifesting to get. Now this is a daily practice, I literally pray until I cry. I even pray for the people that hurt me and no longer serve me any purpose because everything is a life lesson to be thankful for. If you don't know how to start just be thankful for the roof over your head and the air you breathe. That's a start! =)
Tidy up your space, open your blinds, focus on your hygiene, and drink some water!
Having a clean or neat space is great for your mental health and it is just nice to look at! Try making your bed daily and when you come in from a long day it will feel so amazing to get into.
We all need sunlight! Vitamin D is a HUGE factor in our lives and without it, our bones become brittle and weak. and how are we gonna have Megan knees without vitamin D...hmmm
Tapping into your beauty regimen is highly important as an adult. Showering, Exfoliating, Moisturizing, and putting on something nice is also a huge part of our mental health and healing practices. Add some perfume also. I don't care if you aren't going anywhere or if you work from home. Do something special for YOU!
Drink some water! Drinking water first thing in the morning wakes the body up and gets you started for your upcoming day. Also keeps you from looking like you got chicken grease for pee.... =) ha, but it is true!!!
Meditate
Meditation relaxes the mind and opens your mind to a higher level!
But Inez what if I fall asleep? Eh, it happens
but keep trying until you complete a session.
But what if my mind starts to wonder? Eh, that happens also
You're human, our minds will think about what's for dinner. What time do the kids have to be at band practice? Did I feed the cat, etc? Just go back to focusing on your breathing and your mind will clear for you!
I like to meditate with a crystal that has the spiritual properties of what I need for that day. If I want to manifest money I grab my Money, Agate, Love I grab Rose Quartz, Calming Amthyest, and so on.
