Recharging & Cleansing Instructions
Sunlight: Place your crystal in a window with direct sunlight for 2 to 3 hours to recharge & cleanse. Certain crystals like Rose Quartz, Amethyst, and citrine can fade when left in direct sunlight. So if you use this method, be careful & do your research.
Moonlight (My Fav): The moon is the strongest way to recharge and gain new energy into your crystals. Place in a window overnight or if you live in a place where you can place your crystals outside, please do so! The New and Full Moons are the STRONGEST charges, so download a moon app & stay updated with moon cycles.
Earth: If you live in a place where you can ground your crystals outside, I say DO IT! Also placing a crystal in a potted plant if you don’t have the ability to place them outside is another way to ground your crystals. Earth/Dirt has the best grounding qualities! Place in grass or dirt under the sun or moon. Rinse with cool water and dry after you remove the crystal from any form of earth/dirt.
Music: Intention-setting music is another great way to recharge your crystal babies. Dance around them also. Activate your Sacral Chakra, baby!
Breath + Intention: This is another great way to cleanse your crystals. Place the crystal in your hand, bring it to your mouth & blow your breath onto it. While doing this pray into your crystal what you want it to do for you. Example: Rose Quartz I pray for self-love, healing, growth, & self-confidence. I am love.
Smoke: Sage, Incense, Palo Santo, or Weed smoke. Light any of these and go around your crystals while praying your intentions into it. I recommend doing this with any crystal SOON AS YOU GET IT! The perfect way to cleanse any other person’s energy off your crystal!
Salt: Sea salt. Place your crystals in salt and let them cleanse. After removing, rinse with cool water, dry, & use Breath & Intention to pour yourself into your crystals.
